The 21 Day Fix eating guide even has
recipes for treats! Yep! This isn't a totally restrictive program that will torture you and lead you to quitting. It is awesome because it truly focuses on
making the best choices, eating healthy food and doing it all in the most real
life way!
I decided to bake these cookies so that everyone here at our house including
myself, has something homemade, sweet and healthy on hand for those tempting
sweet craving moments that we all get.
Here is the recipe- notice
there is no butter, flour or sugar in them except for the little bit of
chocolate chips! And guess what- they are good! The kids even tested them and
approved which is a plus!
