Holidays can be so hard on your health with all the office parties, family parties, and many other social events. All of which contain lots of FOOD which often turns into the Holiday 10 (or even more) that you have to work extra hard to get off after the first of the year.
I'm starting my Health for the Holidays on December 15th. I'm offering tips on healthy eating throughout this time of year, motivational tips when you just don't want to move, and even some holiday fun.
