When you are breastfeeding, if you have issues with your milk supply, like me, you tend to try just about anything to keep your supply up or even increase your supply. So in the midst of taking supplements, drinking tons of water and eating healthy fats, why not have cookies? Well, Lactation Energy Cookies to be exact.

I have had great results with them helping to keep my supply regulated and it doesn't help if they taste good too. These cookies are also perfect for a mid-afternoon pick me - and yes, they can be enjoyed by those not breastfeeding (just don't tell your husband or kids they are "lactation" cookies).
